I came in looking to have a screen replaced/repair every other shop in the area told me it would take two days minimum. I stopped by profix and was offered numerous solutions with one of them guaranteeing the work being done in a MAXIMUM of two hours. I was even offered a loaner phone while the work took place. UPDATE - My phone was having issues with the back part coming off and I came in to have it looked at after the gentleman took a look he got it fixed for me within less than 10 mins and of no charge as well. I had a great experience with this computer repair place and highly recommend their services. The owner was really nice and eager to help from the moment I contacted them. They provided excellent customer service and were honest throughout the entire process. I really appreciate their commitment to providing great service. They paid attention to every detail and fixed my computer issue. I also appreciated how they addressed my concerns. I shattered my work i-pad screen and google suggests 3-5 days to get it repaired at the i-store for which I couldn't go without my i-pad for that long.  I took it into ProFix and he had it fixed in like 5hours.  Was so happy to get it back that fast.

Feel very fortunate to have found ProFix after my son's phone hit the ground and cracked the screen. They walked me through the options, suggested best course of action to ensure we didn't lose data, apps etc, quoted me a very fair price and had it fixed in 30 mins.
